I liked the the office and building layout, it makes you feel as I am in a large family, location: close to downtown, however; the rooms are a little bit small, the bathroom are old require upgrade. Room service, they do changes the sheets but level of cleaning require more care as we noticed the dust wasn't removed or wiped. The common area are closed at 10:30 which I find it is not acceptable. What if I like to stay late!! Why cannot stay. In addition, they gave us two coupons for two persons for breakfast. My understanding either breakfast included or not.the breakfast wasn't so good. I m not trying to be tough on the hotel. But they can try to improve the building.

The Ramada Fredericton has long been a standard in my family. From birthday parties, weddings, company functions, and just wanting to relax for the weekend, Ramada has been our go to. :) Front desk staff are always pleasant, rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy!!! The courtyard area with the pool, hot tub and billiard tables is gorgeous and the brunch buffet at the restaurant is legendary!! I definitely recommend staying here while in Fredericton!! :)

We stayed for Canada Day weekend. Staff was great. Room clean and comfortable. We had a pool view indoor balcony. It was great having the additional space. We will stay again.

Staff was very friendly. Had a very cool indoor pool, where most (or all?) Room balconies faced. The breakfast was really good.
