Stayed for business purposes. Great accommodation and staff, rooms are a little dated but the bathroom definitely had work done to it. Bar/lounge had a good atmosphere too it. Ventilation system could be completely shut off which was nice. Breakfast had a variety of cold and warm items, same goes for the bread and cereal choices. To be noted, I did not take a look at the gym or the pool.

We have two little ones, so after taking a trolley we carted everything to our room o the fourth floor as we had requested. Staff was courteous and efficient. In the room we were able to fit both our playpens and a plug in cooler. The bathroom was clean and well organized and we even had a note from the cleaning staff which was a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style. Besides being quite busy there was lots of good food.

My family and I stayed two nonconsecutive days at the hotel in late June 2018. The first night was Saturday and the other was on a Wednesday. We picked this hotel because of the reviews and prices, and it’s about 4 hours from PEI. In general the reviews were spot on about the rooms and foot traffic in the hotel. It wasn’t loud or noisy, but after Sunday morning, with all the people at the free breakfast, we decided we’d stop at Tim’s, down the street, one last time before leaving Canada on Thursday morning. It looks like this place takes on a number of big groups, but this may be common for all the hotels in the area. The rooms looked a little dated but were comfortable and clean. The shower looked new and had the extra overhead rainfall shower head. In the end, I would stay here again.

I can honestly say that my stay at this hotel was the best stay I have ever had. I travel a lot for work or pleasure, but never have I seen such a clean room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. So comfy to the point that I called front desk to ask them where they get there bedding, and ordered some for myself! Everyone was so nice and it just felt like a real little vacation for me. From now on, I will always check if there's a Best Western in the area I will be travelling to. Overall, I give this hotel 6 stars, because it deserves one more. Angèle Richard

Everything was great about this location and the hotel except for the lack of privacy and high levels of noise from the hallways. We rented the King Suite for a nice little getaway, sadly they place these rooms very close to the reception area. There is constant noise coming from the hallway and you could hear every noise out there. For the price I was expecting more privacy and quietness so we could relax. Would stay again in a single room but other than that other hotels offer a much quieter setting.
