If you want a basic clean place to put your head down this place is perfect. Easy access fro. The highway and very close to an Irving rest stop which has a great selection in the restaurant plus a liquor store. Breakfast is included

Seen big differences from old management of the Robin's Inn. Booked a non smoking room and when we arrived was told there was none. Was offered a smoking room but was told we wouldn't be able to tell. First room stank to high hall like someone was in there just before us. Was given option to another 2 rooms. We were all so tired we picked the less of the stank in the 3 rooms. The "free wifi" did not work. Will not recommend for anyone to stay here now that there is new management. Will pay difference to stay at another hotel! Will not return to this hotel!

The views are nice, but the TV is old, and the breakfast isn't very well, we ate only cereal, there was no desire to eat at all. When we were there, there was power outage. When we wanted to leave because of that reason they immediately gave our money back. Nice and friendly staff, but I don't recommend.

The very best staff and rooms were clean and new smelling. Well located and the breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was a joke, cooked egg rounds kept on ice not in a warmer. Bed not that comfortable.
