Location was perfect, cleaning staff are amazing, service in the restaurant was great.. I just wish they hadn't switched to the same boring old breakfast buffet that every other hotel in Canada is doing.

Better than you would expect. Rooms are comfortable enough. Don't expect perfect decor. Breakfast included is more than adequate although not fancy

The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom facilities were dingy and she tub stained. Needs a huge upgrade. The change rooms in the pool had plastic patio chairs in them and looked terrible. The fitness center had 6 machines and none of them worked with most buttons not working or removed entirely. The elliptical machine was completely broken, with the foot mechanism moving side to side during the strides. That could seriously be a major safety hazard. The staff were all very friendly, but the hotel itself needs major upgrading. The pool tables are great but I wish that there were no gambling machines in bars and hotels in this province. The restaurant had cold breakfast (the food was hot food but the buffet was always cold), and the other food wasn't very tasty either. I ended up buying food from the grocery store rather than eating there which will tell you how good it all was. Overall, with a few changes in things other than staff it would be very nice.
