Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Reasonable prices. Close to stores, bars and restaurants. Lots of parking. Excellent free breakfast with your stay. Pool for the kids.

Best Hotel I've stayed at in Saint John. The room was clean, large and included a Whirlpool tub, walk in shower and the hotel also has a pool with waterslide. Breakfast was great including eggs, sausage, beans, make your own waffles, fresh fruit and fruit salad, cereal, toast and pasteries, hot oatmeal, coffee, tea and juices. Recommend this as your hotel in Saint John.

The room was about as good as the view. No USB chargers in the room other than on an alarm clock. The room air conditioner was a bit quieter than a jumbo jet so that was a plus. One and done.

Price wise- great in comparison to other hotels in the area. Close to shopping, eateries and uptown core. Nice looking hotel. Service- subpar. Staff were unable to honour government rate due to weekend. Have never had this issue with any other hotel chain. Did not have any staff member really try to go above and beyond or make stay memorable. Fitness centre-subpar. No free weights- the one of two treadmills were out of order. Cleanliness-subpar Towels were well-used and some were threadbare. Sheets had blood stains on them. Mentioned issues upon check out. Front desk manager stated- "Oh, that's not good- sorry about that." No other resolution given. Checkout was not efficient. Manager had issues remembering debit machine code and returning deposit. Based on experience- will likely pay the extra 20.00 to stay at closer hotels that provide better one on one service and attention to detail.
