This was an awesome hotel. Great rooms. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Breakfast was super fantastic. Fresh fruit and a well cooked eggs, hash browns and sausages. I highly recommend it to all.

If you compare it to the 4 and 5 star hotel, it'd deserve a solid 3.5, but considering it is only a 3 star hotel, it's one of the best 3 star I've been to. Clean room, even in corners and under desk/bed. A+ Average furniture quality, but nothing worn down. A grade. Mattress slightly outdated. B+ grade It's not outdated and well kept, but would have benefited from some better investment in design, bed and bathtub. Can't wash hair without having to bend, at 5'9". Mattress has the usual bad habit of lowering toward center but still is comfortable. Heavier user sleeping 2 in the bed might dislike it. One thing I had forgotten to mention is how great the staff is. Warm and welcoming. Perfect!

Great property with spacious amenities, comfortable environment. Friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast provided. Jewel property: most generous room size I have ever seen (aside from the suites). Felt pampered throughout my stay. Superb quality.

Joe was super helpful and attentive. The room was cl an and spacious. A lot of extra room even with the cot we needed to add. The breakfast was fabulous. No complaints at all.

We had an excellent experience at the Best Western Saint John. The hotel is quite new and everything is lovely and in excellent repair. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast (buffet) was included in the room and had a great selection of items in a nice environment. The staff were just great - so friendly and conscientious. The hotel is close to lots of things: restaurants, theatres, stores. We would definitely stay there again!
