The front desk women is very rude. We asked if we could preview the workout area and she didn’t really want to let us down. She question our ages and we said we wanted to look at it before because we wanted to do a day pass. She again didn’t really want to let us down there. Because assuming we were going to use it without paying. We were able to look at the gym but because of this rude women’s attitudes we decided to workout elsewhere.

we scheduled a reservation online for Friday to Sunday but the lady at the desk ended up charging us a Thursday night and we weren’t even up there.. Didn’t really attempt to talk to a manager about not charging us over $100 for a night we never booked and were 8 hours away from.. Hotel room was good; just wish the room had a microwave. Room was non smelling of smoke and was fairly clean. Just wish the staff member we worked with in the afternoon at least tried to ask a manager to refund a night we never showed up for.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I came in to check out the fitness center and was quickly judged as a troublesome individual before I even left the front desk. The woman who wore glasses, asked how long I was going to be down there and her tone made it seem as if me being a potential customer to the business was a hassle. The residents at the hotel themselves were nicer than the front desk clerk! She also asked for some ID as if we were on the border and I was trying to cross over! Her tone was absolutely terrible and while I reluctantly went to tour the hotel anyways, I had already made up my mind: the staff here are terrible. Do yourself a favor and leave any racial or gender or age prejudices at the door when trying to do business with your clients. WABAM!

These folks are top notch. Great hospitality, quality restaurant on site, seperate bar area. Hot tub, pool, and gym. I will only stay here when I am in the area for business or pleasure. They are very accommodating. I have always had a good experience here.
