Stayed two nights in Woodstock. This is a very wonderfully accessible location. Great hotel. Clean attentive staff. Special parking for Platinum and Diamond members which was awesome. We ended up needing a cot for an extra person and she says it was comfortable. Would stay again.

We stay in this hotel whenever we visit family in Woodstock. The hotel is always very clean and inviting. The breakfast is excellent including hot eggs, toast, waffles and fruit. We also had a family reunion in the hotel conference center that was very nice. Even though the hotel is doing some renovating in the entrance it was very comfortable and inviting. Great stay at a great place!

Staff were helpful and friendly and room was very clean. Lobby was under renovation at the time but not really a problem (except no cold drink or snack machines available). My main issue with this hotel (and other Best Westerns) was my so-called "handicap accessible" room. The floor had a thick carpet so wheelchair use was very difficult for me. The bathroom door had been replaced by a "hanging barn door" on a rail that did not fit properly and left a wide gap between it and the wall leaving a clear view of the toilet to anyone opening the room entrance door. The toilet was also very low and the grab bar so low as to be useless also. Also there were no hooks, etc. to hang a robe or towel while you were in the roll-in shower. All in all it was a very inconvenient and uncomfortable stay for me.
