We had some technical issues with the shower and had to change rooms. The ice machines were all unplugged so had to get room service to bring ice. The refrigerator in our room was unplugged. The area around the in-room refrigerator was extremely dusty - it was also unplugged, and I had to crawl through the dust bunnies to plug it back in. Otherwise, the hotel is conveniently located on the waterfront, with a parking garage. The staff were very accomodating. The beds were comfortable. I did appreciate having the use of a fridge. There was also a safe and a microwave in our final room.

Hilton saint john is always a great stay. I've stayed there a few times over the years and its always been wonderful. The staff is helpful when you need them and the rooms are more than comfortable.

Great central location with underground parking. Great harbour view from spacious room although air conditioning is underpowered on hot summer's day. Visited for Canada Day and was the perfect location for the festivities.

Just sent into the bar for drinks on Canada day before the fireworks. Was very busy at the time, so service was slow, but the survers were friendly and helpful. Whiskey sour was strong, a bit bitter, but good

The location, directly on the water and across from Market Square, is lovely and convenient. Our room, a king deluxe, was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room service was prompt and tasty. We would stay here again.
