Great restaurant. Solid three star hotel but could use some updates and quality control process improvements. Staff very friendly and helpful. Balcony doors do not have deadbolt locks so are not secure. Sliding windows have simple insecure latch only and both were unlocked when I arrived in room. No note paper or pen provided. Must pick up and return key for gym access which is inconvenient. Clean and quiet. Ask for bay view 2nd floor room.

I attended a 2 day professional learning session here and thought the hotel was beautiful. The dining area has a lot of natural light from the abundance of windows and I really liked the funky colored wooden chairs. The pea soup was NOT good, way too salty and not even hot, but the awesome fries on the second day certainly made up for it.

Clean and nice rooms. The restaurant was a bad experience. I ordered pan fried cod with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes where hot on the outside but freezing cold on the inside. Once I told the server, she asked if I would like anything else, so I got a baked potato instead. The baked potato was not fully cooked and still hard. On top of this service was extremely slow, took me 15 minutes after I ordered a drink to get it. I will not eat here again. I went to Tim Hortons next door for supper instead.

Need to put the restaurant menu in the binder in each room. IDK how you don't have this done by now, it's infuriating. Otherwise decent stay.
