My flight from Halifax to the UK got diverted to St John's very early morning on June 7th. The staff were all well-prepared, cheerful, and very accommodating. The space was incredibly clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. I can't stress enough how relieving it was after experiencing quite a stressful ordeal. I did find that the restaurant and kitchen were under-prepared for an entire flight of people to arrive and want to eat - but I completely understood nonetheless. They did what they could, and still managed to produce some last-minute options. Thanks for making a difficult situation much more tolerable.

This is a very new hotel and it shows. Large rooms with spacious bathrooms. New smart TVs with the capability to connect to your phone, (Netflix and Chill!). The restaurant has a limited menu but, from what I've had of it, it's very good! The breakfast is fabulous and will satisfy any appetite.

I was part of a small group, so my interactions with staff were minimal. Bar staff was kinda bad. But other than that I had a pretty indifferent experience. The hotel is pretty new so its shiny. It's clean and the was free breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and took great care of us. Our plane broke half way across the atlantic and we had to divert all the way back here. They handled the lot of us on short notice without seeming troubled, and even stepped in for American Airlines to help get information out to all of us refugees when AA dropped the ball.

The hotel is nice and clean. The front desk staff were helpful. However, the restaurant menu could be improved with more choices.
