We were in Salon F for a Bridal Shower. It was spacious and comfortable for all the guests and the layout was nice! It was a little out of the way, but that just meant it was quieter.

As a very frequent holiday inn user, I am disappointed to leave this place a 2 star unfortunately. I’ll start with the pros: • staff was very friendly at check in • WiFi was decent Cons: • rooms smelled like cigarette throughout my entire 3 night stay • I stepped on a very hard piece of dried salami in my room (almost felt like a lego piece). This kind of shows how they never clean the carpet or vacuum • rooms were outdated and had very few available outlets at the desk (just one outlet) • very thin walls (I can hear the neighbor sneeze constantly) • I did not have a “do not disturb” sign in my room. Called front desk and was almost yelled at to keep looking in my room for it. • beds were flimsy and were uneven which made sleeping pretty hard • had to unplug the fridge because it was making loud noises • it was probably a very busy week, but there was constant kids running in the hallways throughout my entire stay I am having a hard time finding pros and I hope management does take time to change these things carefully. I wish them the best and unfortunately I can’t recommend this place to anyone for the time being.

Rooms are sparse with mediocre amenities, but service is excellent. Prices are steep considering the rooms, however breakfast pakages are amazing value. Salt water pool is great for kids with waterslide. Eastside Mario's is the on site restaurant, and their service is excellent, food is always great.

Property is dated, but still very clean. Amazing staff. True NFLD Hospitality. Bed was comfy. Happy with my stay
