My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this hotel for about a week. It was lovely, the housekeeping was prompt and respectful, and the front desk staff were always really friendly and helpful. I love that they have a washing machine & dryer in the hotel if you're staying awhile and need to do laundry. I didn't love having to pay for parking the whole time but I understand it, it is downtown and secure so I felt it was worth the $12/day fee. We also had a great view from our room of the harbour front.

Staff was super accommodating! Husband is blind and sleep is next to impossible with the slightest noise, BUT front desk staff made sure we were on the top floor and Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit dated, but fabulous view of the harbour from there and the restaurant. Rumplestiltskin's off the lobby, was a good place for all meals.

My stay at The quality hotel harbourview was fine. It has a great restaurant with nice view of the harbour. It's nice to watch the ships of fog come in/out. Spring for the harbour view rooms. Avoid room "24" ie 224,324 etc. It shares a wall with the elevator and is VERY loud. I heard it all the time and was very disruptive. I checked out and the had a luggage storage room. Short ride to the airport via taxi ($20-25 CAD) I would come again and stay here.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Room was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the harbour (glad the hotel lived up to its name!). Definitely a great budget option if you don't want to go bankrupt on the Sheraton.
