Nice hotel. Free breakfast and parking. Swimming pool. Mostly business people during week and busy with families on weekends. Good location close to food and the mall. Street is busy

I have stayed at this hotel on bumptious occasions for multiple days at a time. The hotel rooms are nice and modern enough, the hotel amenities are great (the team there really works to go that extra little bit), the cleanliness is impeccable and the customer service is probably among the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. From the front desk personnel, managers, general staff, maintenance workers, and dedicated cleaners they all go that extra bunch to make my stay that much more awesome. The breakfast is okay, they could do with a better waffle station with diced fruit (please improve the waffle station!!), whip cream and so on so forth, But the person who handles the breakfast does an incredible job to keep the area clean and tidy. The pool is kept very clean, and the person who maintains the pool is very dedicated and proud in keeping it so. Very impressed with team Fairfield, cannot day enough good things about them. They got word that my three year old who was there at the time was celebrating her birthday and they even prepared a little surprise dish for her...! Thank you!

I wanna give it 5 because at quarter to 11 I called the front desk asking for a fan, cause I'm a weirdo who sleeps with one year round and forgot to bring one, and lo and behold a few minutes later someone's at my door with one. Conversely, it was a bit windy on the last night and all we could hear for hours was a loud breeze, with all the windows closed tight, but as of there were a hole in the side of our room, only on the third floor. (I'm a local, this wasn't the insane wind we have sometimes) aside from that the whole place is fresh and modern. Size of the pool leaves a little to be desired

Clean rooms, friendly staff, walking distance to some restaurants (Merle’s Inferno, Fion’s). Lots of kids roaming the halls on week ends taking advantage of the indoor water slide! Easy access to the highway, and Kenmount leads downtown after only a short drive.
