Kathy needs to take a course in customer service. God forbid you need new towels or toilet paper. You have to ask for it. Paid $1100 for the week not pleased. Room was nice, location was nice to get downtown just the customer service was poor. Also failed to give us our pin to get into the room I literally had to remember from over hearing Kathy tell the cleaning staff. NO ONE told us our room pin! Ridiculous

It's cozy and nice, but the rooms only have one big bed so for families not very good. Gotta take off your shoes so makes for a nice homy feeling but also a bit of a hassle. The showers are good but the sinks are kind of weird, not very practical to wash your face for example. Otherwise good!

Place is kept in very nice shape. Owner is nice and easy to talk if you have any concerns or questions.

Very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. In a great neighborhood with easy walking to downtown. In a series of traditional townhouses and so it gives an idea of early and contemporary St. John's. The proprietor Earl is very helpful.
