Ori and Adi really knocked themselves out hosting us. We arrived as 6 people, three generations, without a reservation and lucked out to spend 2 nights overlooking the lake and rocks and a wonderful view and sunset (and terrific star gazing later). It was quite hot, with record heat wave, but the ceiling fans work well and there was a breeze off the ocean nearby. They brought a carafe of water with lemon slices for our small fridge, made sure we had everything we needed and were very warm and hospitable. The breakfast was one of the best, and creative: homemade bread, cinnamon rolls, waffle batter to make waffles, and a selection of preserves/honey/peanut butter, along with a salad, feta cheese, egg, and potato with a side of creme fraiche (or possibly yogurt/quark), and sliced meat. Coffee, teas, and juice as well. And our boys were thrilled that there is a pool table so they played several games while we were there. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

We arrived late at night just past closing time, and the chef said he would be glad to make us dinner! It was delicious!! Then he even treated us to dessert. Incredible customer service!!! Big thanks!!

Lovely spot and clean room with a view - a nice common area and pool table and chairs to sit if you want to mix with company and other travelers. Very nice people running the place and we felt very welcomed along with both our dogs. I really wanted some of the homemade bread for breakfast but 8:30 a.m. was too late for us - we were on the road by 7:45 to Peggy's Cove - etc.

I'm only giving a star because they had a pool table. The food was decent. The room was small, it smelled like bleech and bed was like sleeping on a rock. There was no Wifi. The view of the sky was nice from their look-out rock
