DO NOT STAY HERE FOR BUSINESS. I came to stay at the Best Western for business, and it was booked through my corporate travel agency. However, when I came to check in, the hotel staff would not/could not charge my company for the room, because I did not have the corporate credit card on my person. It is also not their policy to send authorization forms to companies so that they can charge corporate cards (unlike all the rest of the hotels I deal with regularly). To overcome this, my company would have to set up a corporate account with this individual Best Western. This is a unique problem to this particular Best Western, apparently, since they are a franchise and have created this policy unilaterally. It is completely uneconomical for companies to have to set up corporate accounts with individual hotels; that is why we have hotel chains and corporate rates. The staff were completely unhelpful and it took several times through the questioning process to even get this information out of them. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unrewarding experience.

Great launch location just 5 min west of the public gardens and very close to Quirpool shopping area.. and the Bayer retail area. Great staff and superb views of the lake. Pool n hot tub were a nice bonus. Huge games room brought back fond memories and added to the fun. Awesome restaurant n bar. Definitely recommend and will return again.

Would highly recommend this hotel for family or business travel. This past weekend we had the opportunity to stay at the hotel with our granddaughters ages 3yrs and 4yrs for a mini vacation. We all enjoyed our stay and made use of the many amenities provided by the hotel, including the pool, games rooms, and lake frontage yard. We found it to be a great value for the price and well worth the money. Our granddaughters now refer to it as their vacation home.

Had a great experience for the 3 days spent here. Close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant was very good with great service. Close to downtown for business and the view of Chocolate Lake is peaceful and relaxing. Rooms are a good size and very nicely laid out. I loved being able to look at the window in the morning at the breakfast table. Very quiet at night. Hotel staff were always helpful and attentive. Will return.
