My wife and I have stayed at the Best Western in Dartmouth several times over the years. This was the first time in a long time and it was for a wedding in which we had booked 6 rooms total. All of the parties involved needed to have their rooms ready a bit early to get ready for the ceremony. We contacted the hotel to advise of this, and upon arrival, all of the rooms were ready for check in much earlier then they normally would have been. Very impressed!!! with the services, the amenities and also the friendly and helpful staff. I have had some sub par experiences at hotels recently, and this was very refreshing and beyond our expectations!! Thanks again for the wonderful customer service! Lukas Johnson

We had a very nice stay. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The stay included breakfast. Room was comfortable and quiet, away from the elevator and on the ground floor. Parking was available. The hotel was cool during the 32 degree weather and you could relax in the pool. Enjoyed the stay and would certainly go again.

Top notch staff and friendly service. Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Air conditioner worked well. The suite we were in was spacious & spotless - came with a little fridge and microwave. Pool area with the new waterslide and play area for the children was very well done. Pool was really nice and warm. The free breakfast was delicious - lots of yummy items. Could use some outdoor seating for warm, summer evenings but this hotel is a great choice when in the area.

Spent 4 lovely nights in July in this hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Breakfast was great every morning. Never used the pool or fitness center, so can't comment on those. When we come back we will stay here again.

Our stay started with being greeted warmly by the staff at the front desk. We were less than 5 minutes to check-in. The renovations were well done in the rooms and the common areas. The hot complimentary breakfast was nice touch as well. Would recommend it as a alternative to staying right down down as you are close to dartmouth crossing and not very far from downtown.
