Check-in was timely and efficient. Hotels public areas are well kept and have been updated since the last time I was there a decade ago. Rooms looked exactly the same - hard good haven't changed, bedding was probably updated. Shower head was newer rain shower type. Overall pretty good. Great buffet breakfast in hotel restaurant.

The room was nice for it's age, and kept clean when we requested it, I like the option of being able to choose. I loved the view over the harbour and the hotel's convenient location. Wonderful service at front desk and incredibly helpful to everyone in our group from restaurant recommendations to helping one of our group find a church service. Everyone was so friendly and nice!

This is an amazing hotel to stay at. I travel quite a bit and can say this is a very unique experience. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager is very courteous and understanding. This is the place to stay. Great job!!

The hotel is great. It's really clean and the workers all seem to be incredibly nice. The carpet in the room was bunched up in a few places, but the bed was clean and extremely comfortable. The alarm clock was good enough to mention in this review. Twist to your time and push the button to set it. Super easy and has USB outlets for charging. The lobby has looked the same for 25 years, but it's clean and gets the job done. The halls were also clean and didn't feel too dated. We used valet parking, so I can't comment on the parking garage.

Location and customer service is fabulous. Easy to park at, or nearby. Restaurant food is terrific. Room was a bit dated and just starting to show its age. Overall, it is a pretty great place to stay
