Love the location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Valet parking available. Rooms were great. My bed was so comfortable.

We have stayed at this location many times because we love being on the waterfront. The rooms all have a great view and the staff are welcoming and helpful.

This hotel is great for travelers. It has a great location, easy 2 minute walk to the water, and has 2 restaurants in it. It is fairly cheap for a big hotel in downtown Halifax, but you could find cheaper, just not as good of views. Which brings me to the next point, the views are gorgeous. In my room- 710, I can see lots of the city, but also the water as big barges float by. The best part has to be the rooftop harbourview deck. There are chairs at the top of the hotel that have a great view of the city and, of course, the water. There is also a secret zen garden no kdy knows about, which is pretty cool. Overall, great experience.

Staff are great, went above and beyond to make stay enjoyable. One staff even contacted UPS to locate missing equipment I shipped to Hotel for meetings. My review of UPS would be not so nice.

Stayed 4 nights, 2 rooms. Very quiet hotel, excellent breakfast and coffee. Clean rooms,buuuut, the worst bed I've ever slept on, consistent in both rooms, all beds. Aside from beds... great visit.
