Had a great stay. Nice room and even have a small fridge and Michael wave. I like the way the powder room is separate from the shower and toilet. All in all a great stay. People were very friendly and helpful.

Continental breakfast offering is the best i've seen in years. There is a shuttle going between the nearby airport and the hotel. Just make sure to ask what is the schedule. Staff is nice. Excellent service overall.

It was a bit cramped for the three of us and a baby, but clean and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast is typical of that type of hotel. The proximity to the airport and the shuttle service was great! We used the pool and hot tub. The pool was nice (a bit chilly) but they really need to clean the hot tub and fix the drain.

I enjoyed my stay. There's free parking for staying at the hotel when you leave on your trip (unlike the other place), the staff is friendly, and the beds are fantastic. For the shuttle: Make sure that you know that for the shuttle, it runs on :45 and :15 on the hour from the hotel, but you have to call if you need the shuttle from the airport. It wasn't clear to me before, different hotel staff indicated different things, and I ended up having to just kinda figure it out.

The shuttle driver, Paul, was excellent. My friend and I are both handicapped. Security called for a shuttle for us. We walk a lot slower than others so people were rushing past us to get on the shuttle. Paul told them we had pre called and were getting on first. Then he drove my friend to pick her car up and he cleaned all the ice and snow off her vehicle for her. He is a very thoughtful individual. Quality Inn is fortunate to have such a caring individual. In addition, staff at reception were fantastic. We had supper in the restaurant and the staff there were as equally friendly and accommodating. With employees such as these, Quality Inn can't go wrong. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Thank you.
