Owners are super friendly and have been quite helpful in getting to know the area and some of the locals. Along with answering most of our questions. Cabins are nicely done and very clean, espically the bathrooms. Other then that breakfast is of good quality and is avaliable until 2pm :)

Friendly owners/staff with a gold mine of knowledge about the surrounding area. Canoe available for use along with a dock, wheelchair accessible cabins. Affordable pricing, amazing views and a 2 minute drive from downtown Parrsboro. The chef is absolutely amazing, free breakfast every morning from 7am till 2 and a lunch menu as well! The best place to stay if you are house hunting like my family and I or if you just want a good place to stay during a roadtrip/vacation. If you need any information about the town of Parrsboro the owner Laura will help!

Stopped by here to dry out after a wet wet week of camping. To top off he great rooms was the fact that a breakfast ( not your bagel waffle cereal deal) made by a chef is offered up in the price.... run by wonderful people

DO NOT STAY HERE. I have travelled all over the world and by far nothing compares even remotely to the way I was treated at the Sunshine Inn by the owner. She was terrible, unprofessional and unwelcoming. Absolutely no hospitality here and no consideration for the guests. When I booked my stay with her husband I had told him we would be arriving late and leaving early. He was accommodating over the phone and had no issue with it. However, when I arrived this information was not relayed to his wife. As a guest we got the brunt of that when we arrive. she even threaten to not let us stay when we arrived when I commented on how unwelcome she was making us feel. We were in a foreign province with nowhere else in site to stay for miles, so what option did we have. The most upsetting part was that my son who was traveling with me for his first time and for his birthday, had to witness this unacceptable, inhospitable and horrible treatment. The owner should be ashamed of her behavior. There is no reason to treat anyone the way she did.
