Very new facility. Very clean rooms. Fitness room and pool were quite nice. Included breakfast was good though quite busy during peak times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location just north of downtown Charlottetown with easy access to highways. Cost was reasonable given the overall quality.

Great place for the price. We stayed in the King Suite. It was nice with modern decor. Friendly helpful staff. The free breakfast was good also, quite a good selection for a free hotel breakfast. They have a nice pool and exercise room. The only negative thing I have to say, is about the soundproofing. I could hear everything taking place in the hallway. I wouldn't want to have a private conversation in the room either, chances are everyone in the hallway could listen to it.

Very clean rooms. My room has new vinyl Wood look flooring installed. Other rooms I visited (group of 7 rooms) had carpeting. Room temp stayed consistent. Breakfast was well stocked. Reception is amazing! Provided me with additional blankets when asked. can't comment on housekeeping, as I opted out of that service.

We ended up at the Holiday Inn last minute after leaving the Delta PEI because of atrocious customer service and housekeeping issues (dirty sheets). What a fantastic surprise this hotel was. Clean, well organized..even during the middle of renovations. Our room had recently been upgraded with new paint, wallpaper and fixtures. Everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for saving the day!

The staff was extraordinary, extremely kind, caring and friendly. I felt like I was part of their Family, they were always attentive and couldn't do enough to assure that my time at the Holiday Inn Express was a perfect 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend it to anyone who was planning a function.
