First time my husband and I ever stayed in a B&B and I have to say that The Fiddle and the Sea have set the bar really high. The owners, Alain and Denise, were very nice and welcoming. Our stay was incredible! The bedroom & private bathroom were large, beautifully decorated, bright and very comfortable. The room had a nice wardrobe, desk, and TV. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious (Denise is an amazing cook and made homemade bread, spreads, fruit salad & crust less quiche). I will definitely return to The Fiddle and the Sea if I'm ever in the area again.

The room was a little cramped but the hosts were honest, friendly and dedicated to providing the best visitor experience without the phoniness and bombast that B&Bs sometimes deliver. The breakfast was top notch. Port Hoods musical traditions and hiking trails are joys to discover and the hosts are expert. Dancing, fiddling and hiking. Close to beach if it's summer, fiddle fest in October.

Alain and Denise were wonderful hosts with lots of information on things to see and do in the area. Breakfast was delicious and Alain showed us photos of the area and told us a little of its history and even played his fiddle for us! The room was a nice size and we slept really well

Excellent service. Great breakfasts. Very helpful hosts that are aware of local sights and events.

Absolutely the best B&B I have ever stayed at. Rooms are quiet, clean, and quaint. Breakfast is home made and you can taste the love from the bread to the jams to the fattas. Allen will even entertain you snd play the fiddle. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you. Ron Rault Front Porch Roots Revue
