Good price. Good location. But the front desk closes 11 pm till 7 am. I wish they have 24 hours service

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Sima is very polite and so is the other male gentleman at the front reception desk. The setup of the hotel is like a studio apartment, with a kitchen, fridge and microwave. I appreciated the fact that there were no cops cruising outside the hotel like they do at Motel 6. This hotel had a great mix of people, all races which is cool. The only thing that turned me off was the dog poop outside everywhere. I want to say to the ppl who own dogs that be thankful this hotel allows dogs in the first place, so please don't ruin it for others.

In the first room assigned the fridge did not work. The staff quickly found us another room so that worked out OK. This was a 3 night booking and availability seemed tight but it worked out OK or I would have cancelled the entire booking. When I asked about an ice machine the one he told me to use was broken. He wasn't aware. These units are efficiencies and I would assume dish soap would be available to wash dishes, no, Staff indicated they sometimes give long stays an extra bar of soap to do dishes.---really! I just hope the cleaning staff does a proper washing between customer stays. I really think this should be a health code violation, I'll check when I get back. My bigger concern was the type of people hanging around the facility. There were guys coming in the rear door without keys and guys that seemed that just be hanging out in the hall. One by our door for a few hours- he wasn't staying there. A taxi driver we used when we left indicated it was a really rough place. Quote " full of prostitutes" and "police are often positioned near the place at night". Are your units rented out long term to social services? Anyway, thats enough. I was going to book again on our return but no way now . I would never stay at a Studio 6 ever again. This is a terrible advertisement for a national chain hotel. You really need to investigate this place.7 Hotel located at 60 Britannia Road East Mississauga, ON L4Z 2T2 Canada

Although the room was nice clean and well equipped, the website stated there was a pool (which there was not). No extra pillows to be had ( supplied pillows were very thin) and the afternoon staff quite rude. Was woken up to the patrons in the room above recreating “Stomp” and people walking up and down the halls yelling profanities and racial slurs

I'm very disappointed in this hotel . And this is coming from someone who gave them 10/10 and 5 star reviews in the past . I have to give them 2 stars because they've really let me down . This is a place that I've been calling home for 2 years and the people that worked there were like the family I don't have . I found comfort at their hotel when I couldn't find comfort anywhere else . It's not easy being 20 years old and on your own completely , without parents and without any Help. It's also not easy finding a way to come up with $100 everyday just to have a bed to sleep in . But I did it , for 2 years . For 2 years I put hundreds and thousands of dollars into this business . I was a regular customer . I always defended this place when people said how bad it was. I recommended it to friends and family members that needed a place to stay . I even wrote them great reviews and did multiple surveys just to give them a better look because I felt they deserved it . You would think they would care somewhat about me as a customer . But I've realized that even the nice people aren't all that nice . They've kicked me out ....someone who's been a regular for 2 years , someone that's helped them , someone who continued to give them business even when I found bed bugs in my mattresses and used condoms in my drawers . Had to call paramedics once because I got so severely bitten by bed bugs that it caused an allergic reaction of some kind and I had to be hauled out of the hotel in a stretcher ...just from sleeping in one of their beds . And I still continued to stay at their hotel even after all those horrible events . I watched my friends puppy the other day , and the puppy apparently peed on the floor and pooped on the floor . I guess I missed it because I never saw Any poo or pee . Apparently they found poo and pee that wasn't cleaned up and now I'm banned from the hotel . I can't get rooms anymore . And with that happening I have nowhere else to go because I don't have a credit card to stay anywhere else nor do I have the money . So that means I'm going to have to sleep in a shelter from now on. It's like a nightmare . They do not care about their customers ....they just want their money . You do one thing wrong and they kick you to the curb whether you meant to do it or not they don't care . They don't even hear you out or attempt to be understanding . I can't believe they really treated me this way . I wouldn't suggest staying here , the people don't care about their customers . They're not compassionate or understanding . Their just a bunch of people doing their job waiting for a pay cheque . They don't care.
