Hotel was clean. Beds and pillows are terrible and need replacing. Beds are lumpy and we kept rolling in to the center of the bed. Pillows aren’t any better. We asked for new pillows. One of the four they brought us was acceptable. Three of them were half the size. It looked like they shoved a small old pillow into a large pillow case. It was still lumpy. I would not stay here again.

Went here for a conference and the amenities were great. Everything was clean, accessible and in the case of our conference the parking was free which is nice. I suspect the conference organizers were also happy with the location. (note: didn't stay in a room as it was a one-day conference)

I came to the hotel with my 2 sons aged 8 and 9 as a little getaway. A pool is very important to us, so I always make sure the hotel has one prior to booking. The website says this hotel offers a pool; however, what they don’t tell you is the pool is across the street at a health club (no issue there) but children under 13 are not permitted. I did not find this out until I attempted to take my boys swimming. I feel this should have been stipulated on the website, I felt mislead. If you don’t need or care about a pool for your children then this hotel is lovely.

The hotel is clean and the staff is great. Our son is attending U of G and we will definitely be staying here from now on when we visit him. There was a small problem with our room that the staff fixed immediately and apologized for the inconvenience without hesitation. I was really impressed with the staff and will be recommending this hotel to anyone who asks where to stay when visiting Guelph.
