Bright, clean, modern looking rooms. Cable, fast free wifi. Complimentary breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Surrounded by food and drinks. Close but not too close to Pearson airport. Will stay again next year

Under renovation, no lift but lots of stairs. It's location is in the middle of nowhere. Need a car to get to places. Plus side is there is plenty of parking. Room's are newly renovated and breakfast is good👌

Spacious room... But no lift (I got room on ground floor, but not the desired one). Lots of dining options in the vicinity

Had a great stay here the past 2 days. Desk staff was excellent, hotel is in a good location. Not a huge place and they are still renovating, but our rooms were brand new, clean, and we had great water pressure for our showers. This hotel had a great price compared to a few of the other places we looked into. Really enjoyed our stay.

Absolute worst customer service the rooms smelled like smoke, the sheets had streaks on them. We requested to be transferred to another room and the staff member "Kamal" was very rude and short with us. She appeared to be troubled with our request, even saying our concerns were "unique" Will not be returning here ever again, spend your money where you get professional services.
