Did not know they still have smoking rooms. So I am stuck in this foul smelling, headache inducing room on my Birthday. Apparently nothing else is available. In the middle of nowhere, surrounded by warehouses, apparently this location is full up. Went out and bought air freshener but to no avail. Needless to say i will never ever stay at another Hampton Inn. I guess it will be a benefit on the new Pot Smoking world. Lol PS. While we were waiting for a cab 3 hours later we heard them give away their "last" king bed room to a group of 4 young guys. So guess they weren't really full when I called. Go figure.

I travel around NA for work - this is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Bed bugs - the front desk and manager acted as if it wasn't a big deal. They said they contained and sprayed the room, but we saw people leaving said room 12 hours after informing them of the bugs. Mold - "hot tub" - more like cesspool of black and white mold growing on the underside of the ledges with a 3 mm film of human filth lining the tiles where the green/brown water level was... Special Rates - we booked through this hotel because of a training class being held through the week there - they were supposed to give us a corporate rate and/or the "training" package rate, they didn't apply this on the bill. After mentioning it to the manager; he basically told us too bad! with a smile on his face. RUDE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY POOR CLEANLINESS. Will never be staying with Hilton after this. Anyone want some free points?

I had a king suite with the jacuzzi tub in the room... it was amazing!! The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful, especially with directions around Guelph.

Staff pleasant and friendly, bed was firm but comfortable -great for me, too hard for my hubby - so personal taste. The only issue was the breakfast - eggs were disgusting and someone was trying to get help with waffle maker that had been beeping for 5 minutes and still no help. But other than that it was good and will definitely return.

Nice place friendly staff that are out going and happy to please. The motel is clean with up to date decor. Also has lots of amenities such as pool,hot tub, weight room, onsite Laundry room, computers with fax machines. Rooms are clean and maintained well. prices are fair and in right ballpark for all that they provide. Nice place will be back when in the area!
