The hotel is within 15 minutes from Toronto airport and easy to get to. There are lots of choice around the hotel for both food and entertainment. There are plenty parking around the hotel with some reserved for diamond elite members. There is a nice lobby where breakfast is served and there is a constant supply of coffee. From the ground floor you also have access to the outdoor pool and a small gym. The rooms are normal sized as are the bathrooms, and they are well planned with plenty of light and power sockets. Staff are friendly and helpful so overall a good budget hotel close to the airport.

WORST EXPERIENCE. Our bedroom had bed bugs. My mother, sister and i have been painfully itching ever since and are now left with very noticeable spotting all over our bodies. The room was also not properly cleaned. Wifi was down through a majority of our stay as well. They completely disregarded my complaint and my issue was not taken seriously. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. You’re better off staying at a motel.

This hotel is everything i could ask for....clean, convenient and accommodating staff. I travel for work and it’s reasonably price. Breakfast was good. And front desk staff was exceptional and very helpful.. highly recommended..!!!

All the amenities and stylings one would typically find in a Hampton hotel, layered into a somewhat dated property that could benefit from a few modernizing renovations. The hotel feels a bit like it fell out of the 1980's, complete with red/orange/brown finishings and outdoor pool, and only picked up new linens and lobby along the way. Being close to the Airport is convenient, though the property is right on a landing strip flight path so you will hear the occasional aircraft overhead. To its credit, the staff can be quite friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast is passable, and the price seems to be quite reasonable at times. A comfortable enough stay if your budget can't accommodate one of the higher end hotels in the area, just maybe bring some ear plugs.

Very spacious rooms, free breakfast and free parking, plus was the cheapest hotel I could find at the time. Would definitely recommend it!
