My usual place to stay when working in the Toronto area. Set back where a lot of industrial buildings are is a plus for quieter surroundings. Definitely a “2 star hotel”. However the staff here is amazing. They make the stay always worth it. Usually I stay in a larger room but the prices this week were higher than the price of my larger room at another hotel near Richmond Hills over the weekend. This is a typical Fairfield but so much closer to everything than the Courtyard I stayed at my first time in Country a year ago. Breakfast here is usually done quite well. Just be sure to get to it closer to its start as more people eat the breakfast here than at most hotels I stay in and the staff does their best to keep up.

Recommend staying here if u vising Toronto. It's pretty close to airport and has local shuttle service up to 8km. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Good breakfast. Recommend exhaust fans for their bathrooms. They call it a central exhaust system but it didn't appear to work at all. Otherwise, everything was great!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so I can't tell what it would look like after it is done. The lobby and breakfast area look really good. The room was great for what i needed it for. Although I couldn't pull the fridge out enough to plug it in, so I just threw out my leftover.

Dirty Hotel, the breakfast was not available at the time they specified, would never stay at this hotel again, 0 flexibility on extending the checkout time, I was going to work on the Sunday morning needed to change in the washroom at work. The hotel was over booked and under construction parking was also taken over with the construction equipment. Fluent English for the front desk staff would have been great. The hotel was also noisy.

Great room and great service. The breakfast was loved by the kids and has extended hours on the weekend. The kids said it was the best hotel they stayed at, which means they really likes the water slide!
