Adequate for the price. Our first room was on the ground floor. It was very hot weather and the room was damp with condensation. We were moved to a second floor room with no problems. It was fine. Overall the hotel was cleanish but by no means spotless. The breakfast was similar to other hotels in that price bracket but not as good as many. The breakfast room is too small. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The room was clean and that counts for a lot with me. There was a good free breakfast and the location was close to ALL my favorite fast food places. The internet signal was not great though and it cut out occasionally.

TV didn't work properly. Very noisey with kids running around. Hot breakfast was of poor quality.
