So totally awfull. Booking confirmed for 2 rooms. Arrive at 5pm. Both rooms not ready. Wait 30min. Still no ready. Must be the hourly paying customers. Never ever again

Booked a Non-Smoking room with two beds weeks before. At check-in, was told only smoking room available but that they cleaned it and was no remaining smell. When I got into the room, WORST smoke smelling room ever. Got back to lobby, was told no more 2 beds non-smoking available. While I was at lobby, 2 times guest got 2 beds non-smoking. I ask the clerk and said they had different type of room (no fridge). I said I didn't care about the fridge and to switch me room. They said they could not because of the system. Went on an argument where clerk even raised her voice to me ! I can't believe how unhelpful the staff was and lied to me several time. I event saw a women with a asthmatic child live the same thing as us. I use hotels about 50 times per year, first time I live this.

I will say that the prices don't seem to be consistent. The rooms looked clean enough upon first glance however there were empty whiskey bottles under the mattress and blood stains on the sheets. The staff moved us to a different room but offered no apologies for the first room. All in all the set up of the motel was good with easy access to toiletries in the vending machine.

I went to have a much needed relaxing and quiet weekend while visiting friends at my leisure...I was disappointed in regards to not having coffee available in the room...there was not a guide for the TV, so constantly channel surfing, which is annoying at the best of times and movies where no longer available. The staff where great and informative. They did instruct me to go to the movie theatre and advised the shows that were playing. Why would a person spend $30.00-$40.00 dollars in a movie theatre when they could have it in a relaxing environment Not too sure about staying here again

The staff are very patient and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff very polite and fair. Thank-you for allowing pets- I have a cat(kitten) and a dog. Medium sized, very friendly and she is getting older. Only -really miss coffee machines. Thank-you for low to higher prices. Nice to have the lower prices sometimes. Easy parking and the free coffee in the morning is great. Also nice to have machines for food. I can not really leave. Thanks again.
