We just finished a whirlwind tour of the U.S. on our way back from our winter in Mexico. Because we have a dog we are not welcome to every hotel. This was one of the nicest pet friendly hotels we've stayed in over the last two weeks. We got the room for 67.00 a night ... it was spotless and looked as though it's been recently re-done. Free Breakfast was great and it's very close to the Oshawa Center and other big box stores in Whitby. We would absolutely stay here again if need be. Much better than some of the flea bag "chain" hotels we suffered through in the States!

For the price I paid I expected a higher level of maintenance and cleanliness. I usually stay at the holiday inn express down the road but unfortunately it was full this weekend so this was my last option after checking others in the area. The first floor stinks of cigarettes, I guarantee people still smoke in those rooms. The whole building smelled damp and was in obvious need of tlc. My room was less than ideal. Who ever cleaned it didn't do a thorough job, streaks left everywhere, hairs in the sink and in the tub, bathmat had a stain on it. Just generally didn't feel comfortable here. Their toiletries are also strange. Bottles of lotion, liquid hand soap and shampoo. no conditioner. Everything looks old and tired. I would not stay here again, definitely not for this price. I can pay the same if not less down the road and get a much better quality room that's actually clean and I feel comfortable in. The only plus was the lady who checked me in, she was pleasant

Booked a week in advance. Room isn't available when we arrive. First level absolutely stinks of smoke. Upgraded room is sub-par. Not enough parking. Pool is 4 feet deep and 20 x 20...."hot tub" is an oversized bathtub with bubbles.....hockey team played hockey in hallways all day into the night. "Fitness center is a bike, a treadmill, and elliptical in a very small room. $160 a night...hopefully breakfast is good........ The stay did the job.....but we will surely look elsewhere to stay next time we are in town.

It's a good, cheap hotel. But it is kinda dated a bit. It could use a good facelift, at least looking from the road. Other than that, it's clean and affordable. If you need a cheap hotel room for the night, I'd recommend coming here.

I made a reservation and when I tried to check in this lady that works there Elizabeth, lied to me and said she can't find my reservation..She asked me how much was the room for I told her.. It seemed caused I used my points n got a cheaper deal they didn't want that.. She tried booking me in on her behalf but charging me more.. So I said I'll get the confirmation number n come back.. I get confirmation number and she tells me she cancelled my stay. So I make a next reservation get a new confirmation number she still can't find it to the point wyndem themselves had to call in smh.. And this is while the manager is present..After half hour of listening to lies I get upset n I speak to the manager Micheal mason why u guys giving me a hard time I feel like this is a racial thing.. He yells at me n tells me to leave the property and that I'm banned I'm like for what, no answer he was just yelling saying leave or he would call cops.. If you're an black young male I don't think this is the place for you..
