Disgusting. Bed bug larvae in the mattresses, stains on the sheets, food left in the warm fridge that made our room smell like something died in it. We left after 10 minutes. Other rooms had holes in the door (look at pictures), and we had to walk through a dark alley way, and dark outdoor staircase up 4 floors to our room. There were raccoons living outside our room, which stared us down as we walked by. Please look at the pictures I took yesterday, July 7th, 2018. Neighborhood felt unsafe and other guests were sketchy - one man was sitting in the lobby with his dirty bare feet on coffee table. If our family could advise one thing it would be to spend the extra 50 bucks and stay somewhere else. The front desk staff was friendly and showed us our rooms, and then refunded our stay when we decided to leave. I still feel itchy. Avoid at all costs.

We just show up, and already disgusted. The fridge is unplugged, and the plug is bent so I can't be plugged in, and the inside is moldy. The microwave is also moldy. The fire alarm is questionable, and the balcony has no access. No basics; TV guide, locals guide, and WiFi is useless.

Toilet was broken. Door lock was broken. Wires hanging from ceiling. Does not have a bath tub. Only stayed there because i couldn't find other accommodations. They gave away my online reservation and forced me to upgrade. The front desk clerk was incompetent and took 35 minutes to sign in just one person. When you walked in all that could be smelled was a musky odour. Very low price, but I would be offended if it was any higher

Convenient east end location. Friendly staff, very basic accommodation, nothing fancy. plenty of parking. Carpeting worn but not filthy. Room and bedding acceptably clean and comfortable.

Area is very rough. The place is pretty run down. The room number was written in pen on the door. Rooms seemed relatively clean compared to the surroundings.
