This place is horrible. It's used as a city homeless shelter which is not the problem. The problem is that the owners don't maintain the rooms. I don't live there but I know people who do and the conditions are disgusting! The toilet, and both sinks constantly clog and flood. Tap water barely runs. Smells of sewage, very very dirty, they don't come to change or clean sheets or blankets, they don't even do a monthly cleaning. The washer and dryers don't work so residents have to hang their clothing on the fence to dry. The owner actually told all the residents that hanging their clothing on the fence is not aloud because it makes to motel look bad, so now they can't even do that. Maybe if you fixed the machines they wouldn't have to. Each unit has a window AC inside however you can't use it because it's filthy and blowing dust. The filters haven't been changed. The place needs to be shut down by the health department because you can't have people living in this kind of filth. I'd also like to add that there are chairs outside every few unit I guess to sit on. However the owner took away one of the tenants chairs and said that it being there is a fire hazard however didn't take away anyone else's chair. The chairs are the motels btw. Conclusion: needs to be shut down!

I wish I can give them -10 stars this place is disgusting there's roaches they whole motel is infested with cockroach. I. Also asked before I checked in. The beds are dirty full of wtv I don't even want to even think about what it could be. I. Left and told the Asian lady at the from desk about the roaches she acted like she didn't know, liar. The only good thing was the bathroom was descent looked like it was just renovated, will never be back again. I only gave them 1star because I have to post this to warn everyone..
