Stayed here because the other hotels I frequent in the area were full and I must say I was pleasantly surprised, I really didn't feel like there was any compromise on quality despite the lower rates. I had a king bed on the second floor and found it to be very comfortable, staff were wonderful and very accommodating with my requests, delivering extra towels/shampoo when needed and servicing my room upon request. I will definitely be back!

It's a decent place. Rooms are clean and tidy. However when there is a group that comes in, it's noisy and no one to answer the front desk. It's usually a place I like but these things kill the relaxation that is essential for the night.

Location not great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Decent (free) breakfast.

WiFi doesn't work at all, email comfort inn to help and am informed that each location is independently owned. Staff agree wifi is terrible. Lots of rooms appear to be booked by men and women who make their money in the evenings. Room numbers glued to sliding doors tells me this isn't a place I want to bring my family. Yuck!

Great service, but rooms are always with way too much carpet.
