Flight was delayed said I wouldn’t be able to get there till after 1:00am they said maybe someone would be there to let us we weren’t going to drive that far in a bad part of town on a maybe, so we got there the next day they canceled our reservation and gave our room away but yet charged me for the whole thing 910 dollars and are refusing to refund me it is not good place at all. And I never even got to stay one night. Terrible terrible customer service worst place ever.

bed and bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Also the smell of the rooms are not fresh, smells like wet basement and smoke. The window AC needs to be cleaned/replaced. I really think the smell is coming from the bedding, drapes and window ac.

Not bad. Good rate for the room. Good location. Nice Jacuzzi.

Not clean... You can see black spots on the towels that are only good to step on in the bathroom. The receptionist makes u sign a paper saying that you have only 5 min after check-in to test the temperature inside the room and tell them if it's too cold but again he told me that he won't raise the temperature anyways!.... Never going back again. I'd rather sleep in my car than go to this motel!
