Poor staff experience. Moldy. Cockroach critters present. Sheets seem gross. Doors are broken. Locks are broken. Expensive. Just not worth the trip. The setting paints a unsettling picture. More of a place to do some illegal activity than to sleep overnight. 0 stars if possible.

Kind of out of the way and beside the 401, no fridge in the room as advertised and not allowed to check in before 3pm. But.....the rooms look great inside and have everything you need. Lots of space to park, easy to find and decent continental breakfast. We only needed a room for the night as we were in town for a wedding so it met our needs perfectly. And it was half the price of anything else in the area. Give it a shot.

They had bedbugs and after showing the stains on the mattress and sheets, they became combative and rude. The entire area smelled like the bad part of New Delhi and the pictures they showed in the online brochure were not the same hotel. I did receive my refund but it took hours to find another hotel. The Best Western down the street was Mecca for me when it was all over.

I gave this hotel a 3 out of 5 because it is out dated and the beds aren't the comfiest. The tv's are old but at least you don't have to pay to use it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Like a fridge and crib. The breakfast is basic cereal, toast, and danish but it was something to tie you over til you needed to go out for lunch or start your day. I enjoyed my stay except for the smoke smell coming into my bathroom from the vent above because the guests next door were not following the rile of no smoking in the room. Staff assured me they would handle it. It may not be the days inn or somewhere fancy but all we had needed was somewhere we could sleep for the night and it did it's job.

The Management was rude, passive, unhelpful, and completely untowards. Not only is the Hotel NOT a Howard Johnson but in fact a Knights Inn, the hall ways smelled of mold, there was extensive water damage every where you looked and all in all looked as if the place itself should be shut down. If there was a negative score to give I would.
