I am a choice hotels cardholder and was very pleasantly surprised to have this comfort inn be available for lodging in this area. That was my first impression just the location alone being noteworthy. This is a rather remote area I was traversing through with my parents and my dog for the weekend randomly to visit The Indian reservation. Well upon arrival and noticing the walking distance to the casino being in a shared parking lot was wonderful. Then after a long drive I had inquired about potentially checking in earlier than 4pm as I had wanted to take a nap from driving so long in one shot and they were very accommodating and not only allowed the early check in but did so with smiles and not looking that they were aggravated we had asked. The manager on duty Kristen I think was absolutely wonderful and even more outstanding is the staff she has working with her. Everyone and I mean everyone was super friendly and helpful with anything including interesting information about the area I had inquired about. I have not in all my travels seen such a hotel staff with smiles and high morale from top to bottom. It was such a pleasure to stay at this establishment and look forward to lodging with you all in the future again for sure !!!!! Thank you so much

We stayed a Sunday into Monday. Our stay was enjoyable. A very friendly and informative staff. Our room was clean & confortable with a view of the sunrise. We enjoyed a expansive breakfast, quality selections. Easy stroll to casino, pleasant. Should consider replacing hallway carpet, soiled and frayed. Plan to stay again, rather than a comp room at casino, like the personal touch.
