Our room was great, clean and they worked well our what we left in the room while me we're out, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our only concern was that they replaced both bars of soap, and the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner (which we didn't use all of) after one use, it was so wasteful. Like sure give us new ones, but don't throw out basically unused bars of soap when we're staying there for more than 1 night.

This place is really clean, the workers are very friendly and helpful. Really like the size of the room and washroom. Just wish it was easier to find the way to enter by car specially at night that we had to go around a couple times to figure it out. I personally just wish it had better pillows since I personally found it to soft. But other than that it's well located in the city and a lot of restaurants and stores near by. Also the breakfast was simple but really good, nice and clean and someone coming a round if you want tea or coffee as well this is the first hotel that I've seen that has over easy eggs rather than only it only being scrambled like most other hotels. The unique thing about this place is that it has a few parking spots for tesla charging stations that a lot of places don't have.

Big clean room for the price. Check-in and check-out was seemless and breakfast was good. One of the better hotels in Cornwall.

For a small town stop en route to the east coast we were treated like valued guests in a lovely room with a super comfortable king bed, fireplace, coffee and bar fridge. Customer service was excellent and we had a delicious quality dinner next door at Eight Zero Zero, their companion restaurant where the service and atmosphere were wonderful. We stopped here overnight to charge at a Tesla Supercharger and lucked out with the Ramada. Will definitely return!

Hallways look outdated but the rooms aren't. Nice place and friendly staff. Would stay again
