Dirty and cold super 8. Rude lady at the front desk. They leave a list on the counter for everyone to see who is staying at the hotel, what room they are in and what type of car they drive with the license plate. Not very safe if you ask me, never have I seen this in thousands of hotels I’ve stayed in. Owner is too cheap to shovel walkways and plow the driveway but parks his BMW 650 Gran Coupe right outside the front door so he does not get his shoes dirty or something. If your gonna flaunt your car around which is the ultimate driving machine, take care of what makes the payment for you. Your customers should be a little more of a priority and I think Super 8 would be disappointed to see their name on your building. Here a pic of the list. Also have a close up one with everyone’s info just to price my point but I will not post. Had my crew stay one night last week and the same thing. I will forward the picture I have to super 8 corporate office and they can judge. My complaint about snow removal was due to the fact you don’t poke your driveway daily because of the cost. Just a joke and my A’s for loading your car that is fine but don’t block the hotel door for 6 hours every day to load your car.

Not impressed. 1st. Waited 20 minutes to check in because they couldn't find our name. Finally found it registered under wife's email name. Then looked at room. Hole in wall next to bed. Bathroom black mold all over ceiling trim. Doors not finished being pained in bathroom. And the biggy. We chose this place because of accessibility to indoor pool for wife who is disabled. Only to find out pool is closed all week for maintenance. No one informed us.

AWFUL with experience central booking desk. All she was interested in was FORCING us to join their rewards program or we wouldn't get the room at a decent rate. Helpful staff apologized and tried to make amends. Clean and comfortable place.

Unfortunately, we didn't have the greatest stay here. The rooms could use some maintenance and a coat of paint. Also, hot water lasted maybe 3 minutes which resulted in cold showers. The pool is a disaster - in major need of repair and cleaning. The lights were not working, tiles were crumbling and falling off and the water appeared dirty.
