This is a nice place to stay and not far off the 401. Quiet, clean and well-maintained by a competent and friendly staff. Those who do not wish to leave to go find a place to eat (and drink) will appreciate the lounge/restaurant which is very comfortable with a menu that will satisfy most. Alcohol is served and one can eat in a nice dining room with cozy seating. If you do not wish to leave your room, there is even room service. For those who only partake of the breakfast, you too will be satisfied with the variety of offerings served in a pleasant setting.

Absolutely beautiful and homey decor and atmosphere. A far cry about the box-style, cookie-cutter, hotels. The room was reminiscent of a ski chalet, complete with heavy wood furniture and a fireplace. The lobby was cozy, rather than sterile. The staff were fantastic and accommodating. The included breakfast was very good with beverages served rather than self-serve. I will be staying here again every time I make the two-day drive through NB, QC, and ON.

Our overall experience of this Best Western Hotel was amazing! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff only made our stay that much nicer. Definitely a great stay.... again! You can't beat it for the price! Every Best Western Hotel should be held to these standards!

Staff was friendly right from the first phone call down to the morning of checkout. Rooms and grounds were spotless, quaint, and picture worthy. Felt like we were in a "country castle". And no other hotel/motel has ever treated our dog with such respect and as a member of our family. They even left scoop bags, doggie biscuits, extra towel and a sheet for her! We were floored....and such a reasonable fee. We will never stay anywhere else if there is a room available at this Best Western.

How do I even express adequately the gem this little hotel is? Wonderful professional and friendly staff, delicious food from the on-site restaurant with room service, all manner of business services available for professionals stopping here, and a free breakfast as well with an extensive choice of food. The rooms are huge, extremely comfortable beds and a fireplace in the room! We travel often between NB and ON and this was our first experience at this hotel but it will definitely not be our last. If you are traveling through Cornwall don't bother with anywhere else, we won't.
