It was clean, restaurants cost money, free wifi, free parking and close to Rockfest

This place did fine for us. It was a cheap place to sleep in the middle of an extended road trip. Can't expect too much at this price, it's good enough value. 3 stars and a 3 star price. I'd stay again.

Good location, large basic room. Plenty of pressure for the shower water. I would stay again.

Good place for cost effective budget. A bit out dated and the rooms doors have only one old fashion door lock just like the one you find in homes. But clean for enough for the price. Its out of the vicinity of the city though. If you don't mind the drive and looking for an economical get clean place to crash in, this is the one.

As advertised. Cheap place to crash for the night. Owner is friendly available. Maybe not ideal for a "weekend getaway" but it gets the job done.
