It's adequately clean, meaning there are were no bugs at all, thank god and the bathroom was ship shape, lots of mirrors if ur into that kind of thing, and the owner is cool. The rooms are a nice size, with enough room to have some people over. cable with stars channel. air conditioning, refrigerator and 🚬 aloud. I was there for a month while waiting for my place to open and had no problems with loud ppl or any non sense. So over all, its worth the $190 a week.

There is nothing comfortable or nice. Nothing felt, smelled, or appeared to be clean. Couldnt figure out how to operate tv because it's so old. If my only choice was the room or my van, I'd sleep in my van.
