Located just inside Canada from Detroit, this hotel is situated right on the main road only a short distance away from the border. As of my stay, it was undergoing some remodeling. The room I had was better than I expected from what I guessed was an older hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I didn't try the restaurant in the hotel, but there are also several other places within walking distance to grab a quick bite to eat.

Nice clean room, pool isn't up and running as advertised but front desk fails to inform you that you can go across to another hotel to swim. Phone in room broken as well as air conditioning, front desk never once apologized and was not going switch room until I said wanted refund then, as the whole point of us staying extra day was for our kids to be able to cool down between races for the big high school track event. No modems in rooms to hook up to laptops directly. Elevators are really slow actually scary! :(

Always good to me. Great spot for parking a bus if needed. Sometimes a little noisy due to children staying for local sports tourneys. staff are great and beds are comfortable. rooms are always clean. Lots of fast food options nearby.

Kudos to front desk women... awesome service and caring.! The bar is the heartbeat with Lori, Cody,And Lyn..all the best of the best.. genuine great service.. Food is limited and over priced.. we go back and stay, because of the bar staff

I go there often for work and every time it's excellent. Staff is always friendly and they go out of there way to help. I only once had a room that I felt was not clean enough. They changed me room imediately and on my way out to the new room, cleaning staff were walking in to change the bed completely and clean up. Every other stay was excellent. The only thing that could be better would be an updated training room. The equipment is old and not always very clean. The pool is fine though. I strongly recommend it and will keep going there every time I go to Windsor which is on average 6 or 7 times a year.
