There was construction going on. I know it's too better the place but I got this room because I just needed a quiet night. There were done now seven Wich was nice.. otherwise great room nice and freshly remodeled. Beautiful decor.

Terrible Hotel. I was told rooms have been recently renovated. Terrible smell, Dirty parking lot, Thin walls. Informed them about smell and I could not take it anymore. They refused to give me refund and did not even apologized. I checked out right away and stayed at some other hotel which was way better.

This is now a Super 8 Hotel. Totally redone, gone is the Cadillac Motel. New beds, carpet, lighting, bathrooms, tile and paint. So new they are still redoing the sign. There is still a little bit of construction going on but all the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The rooms are clean and the continental breakfast is basic but good. I have stayed here several times lately and am very happy with the comfort and price.

Room was very spacious and well maintained. Ammenties were sufficient and beds were comfortable. Some communication issues with deposit totals and return of deposit. After several back and forth conversations, the issue was rectified.

I came here recently to drop a friend of mine at Room 234 and was jarred by the trashy quality of the room. Very poorly lit with a broken lamp, and just an overall interior that is so low class. Since the place offered 3 free nights of accommodation for international students, it was shocking to find out they offered 1 bed for two people to share! Also, it is to be pointed out that the whole aisle reeked of smoke. I'm sure this isn't a representation of the whole institution and that the renovations were in effect when I came. But the management offering such poor facilities for students who came from oversees is simply dispiriting. They did however have free WiFi and even free breakfasts for residents which is commendable.
