This place is nice, especially for the price. Due to unforseen circumstances we have been staying here and know the staff as if they r friendly neighbors. They are super sweet ladies and the men that run the front desk have been nice and helpful as well. Some have said the weekly rate is high but u get what u pay for and with all the new updates, its worth it!

I remember growing up. N Allen park.. The motor lodge.. Was always a good motel.. But now. It's something I'd find n southwest Detroit.. Run down. Second hand furniture. Shower barely worked.. But least they had cable. Won't be back.. Unless I had no other choice..

Price was right. Cameras all over for security. Check in was very smooth. Guy very nice. Carpet and Bed in room certainly need attention. TV is small. Very small. Very loud but that is moe the road it is on.

Update 6/26: Manager apologized for his staff screwing up our reservation and putting us in a room that was supposed to be being prepped for renovation. He moved us into a MUCH nicer, updated room inside. Still not the Ritz, but definitely liveable and clean. *** 6/25 -This place is so run down! The floor in the bathroom feels like it might give way any moment. I am beyond disappointed! I didn't expect the Ritz-Carlton, but I sure expected more than this!

I got a Jacuzzi room and got a free king size chocolate bar, a full size body butter, and water. It is very clean! Honestly it's the best you're going to get for the price. The service is amazing. And if you just want somewhere to get away for the night and relax this is the place!
