I stayed here for 2 nights. It was my first time here. The rooms were roomy and clean. I really enjoyed the room (and I travel quite a bit) and the continental breakfast was wonderful. They had quite a variety of breakfast items. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the pool area and hot tub was certainly questionable with respect to cleanliness and the right levels of chlorine needed to avoid the slimy feel.

Room is clean, but clean the window sills there are bug casings. Staff is doing their best. Dead bolt lock broken, internal dead lock broken. You shouldn't compromise on the safety of your guests. Safety is table steaks in the hotel business. Trying to get air circulation in the room but the nob on the radiator is broken. Your fitness center could be kept simple and effective. How about just a compliment of free weights. Two tread mills, yoga ball, a bench. I know that this is a basic hotel, I get that, but you still need to pay attention to these simple details.

Clean rooms, complimentary breakfast which includes the usual cold and hot cereals, yogurt, muffins, juice, eggs, and sausages. There's a hot tub, pool, exercise room, and laundry facilities on site. Rooms are clean, wifi is fast (70Mbps up and down), staff is pleasant and helpful. Close to various restaurants and amenities, 401 and EC Row Expressway.

Pool was nice but hot tub wasnt operating, breakfast was alright same thing both mornings, bed was great and everything was clean inside although windows were pretty dirty. Good location

The room was ok. booked it because of kiddie pool. hot tub and slide. The pool was good but the kiddie pool was freezing and hot tub was shut down for cleaning:(
