It is ok. Furnishings and building dated are but it is pretty clean for such a cheap place. Unfortunately both nights we were staying there we had people staying in the room beside us and they both had very loud arguments break out. There was no one at the front desk to call to deal with them, since they do not employ someone over night, and I did not want the hassle of calling the police since it did not sound like violent arguments just incredibly loud and inconsiderate considering it was 2am and 5am. It was two different sets of people staying in the room both nights. Will probably stay there again if I need something super cheap but only if it is my only option.

This place has barely any A/C in the rooms. My room has a broken air conditioner which is horrible seeing that it is 40 degrees plus outside. They also say they have a pool which is broken and not working what so ever. I would not recommend this motel to anyone!

Rooms are outdated. In our first room, we got locked in and couldn't get out. Eventually we climbed out the window. We just arrived to the Ivy Rose from a funeral in a suit and my wife in heels. They gave us a new room but no compensation for the embarrasing situation and inconvience. No cable TV but rather uses an outdoor antenna with maybe 6 channels. Air conditioning took over 6 hours to cool the room. Turns out the air doesn't work, but blows 'cool' air. Just found out the room supplied hair dryer doesn't work. We knew the previous owner and she would not have put with this. I rate the Ivy Rose a zero but I have rate at least one star to post this. DO NOT STAY HERE. Just found out there was a drug bust in this motel back in April. I accidentally hit the like button. Disregard, it should be unlike.

We stayed April 2018 and the experience is fair in the most generous sense. Dresser very broken, beds hard, carpets very worn, bathroom very dated and in poor condition. The exterior condition of the business is good and gives you confidence in a good experience but as soon as you check in you realize bait and switch and time to check out. Sad how you can pay 50% more elsewhere and 3x the return. #disappointed. 2 star.
