I tried to make reservations a couple days in advance over the phone but the guy at the front desk said don't worry about it just give me your name, the day you need a room and the bed size and he would hold a room for me. When I showed up to the hotel on the day I needed it to catch a flight out of town I had to reorder my room. The front desk guy seemed more interested in getting my money than helping me out, however the room was nice and in the future if I need a hangout spot for a night or two I'll look them up.

What a filthy place. I had hair on ALL 3 pillows and stuck on the wall in shower. The fact that I only had to spend 6 hours in the room made it survivable. Do NOT recommend. I was told I'd have to wait for house keeping to get new pillowcases! That would be in the morning.

Will never stay here again! Dirty rooms, woke up itching all over. Thank God, I did not find or see any bugs. This hotel needs some work.
